Recommended use: Apply in following three steps. BREATH - Warm the product between the palms and open the palms in front of the face, and inhale. Take a deep breath in through the nose, and exhale properly through the mouth. Relax. SOOTHE - Use soft and calm movements to distribute the product evenly over face and neck - from the center of face, working outward down to the neck. Then use the entire surface of the fingers to softly and gently press onto skin - again from the center of face, working outward down to the neck. RELAX - Place your fingers in front of your ears, near your temples, and perform a relaxing pause with a pressure for 5 seconds.
