Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution 30ml

Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid that exfoliates skin. This 7% formula offers gentle exfoliation for enhanced skin tone that shines. The formula also visually improves skin structure with continuous use.

The formula contains a derivative of Tasmanian pepper to help reduce irritation that can occur when using acid. The derivative is of vegetable origin and varies in color according to different seasons, so the color of the formula may vary between different production times. The formula also contains ginseng root and aloe vera which provide instant shine to skin, with soothing properties.

The pH value of this formula is about 3.6. Glycolic acid has a pKa of 3.6 and pKa is the most important aspect to consider when formulating with acids. pKa indicates the acidic potency. When pKa is close to the pH, it is an ideal balance between salt and acidity, providing maximum effect of the acid and reducing the risk of skin irritation.

USE:

Use in the evening, no more than once a day. After cleaning, moisten a cotton pad with the solution and wipe over face and neck. Avoid eye contours and contact with eyes. Do not rinse. Continue with additional skin care products as needed. If lingering irritation occurs, stop using and consult a doctor.
