How to use the Tough Stuff:

• Apply with long sweeping motions backwards and forwards to get product on the skin. The faster you swipe, the deeper the exfoliation. Rinse off TOUGH STUFF when you have finished scrubbing. The scrub can be used 2-4 times a week

• Tough Stuff is soft and runny, so you can use it on dry skin if you want to. The advantage of using it on dry skin is you will get deeper exfoliation

• The benefit of using it in the shower is it is a little softer than if you use it on dry skin. This means it can be used more frequently
